Sarah's Circle

Completed in 2021, this 36,000 square foot, six-story building, provides permanent housing solutions and supportive services for women dealing with homelessness. The facility includes 38 private apartments, interim housing for another 50 women as well as administrative offices, kitchen, dining, and community programming spaces. A VRF system was designed to provide heating and cooling to the facility along with a DOAS unit for fresh air.
